For USA bid procurement and RFP awards we follow the following dynamic for every client.

  1. Present pre-screened bid opportunities to the client after completion of the Master Template.
  2. All exhibits and attachments are approved by client.
  3. A preliminary abstract card is produced by Stellar Grants, Inc. which is our ‘tickler’ folder for the client.  It contains all relevant client information to determine best bid opportunities.
  4. Submit client approved applications to all selected procurements after a final go/no go from the client.
  5. Review all selected solicitations to review bid or no bid response is applicable.
  6. Go over potential subcontracting opportunities if applicable.
  7. Submit bid/no bid responses to insure retention of Bidder’s List.
  8. Correspond with targeted Government Agencies to verify if any changes have been made in the procurement opportunity and what status the client has achieved since submission.
