Funds will be used to construct 7,500 square feet for development of new schools, a family resource center, parking garage and a nonprofit neighborhood social service agency. The $6.2 million in loan guarantees will leverage an additional $2 million in public and private sector support. The project will create an estimated 187 jobs in February, 2007.
